    meet Jen Pasquale: Founder of Lead With Curiosity 

    Jen Pasquale, the visionary behind Lead With Curiosity™, brings over two decades of experience working with international organizations and diverse backgrounds.

    As a facilitator of corporate training and development, Jen's experience in instructional design has allowed her to help organizations of all sizes build smart while achieving long-term success.


    Spending the majority of her career as a corporate trainer, facilitator, and curriculum designer has allowed Jen to support her clients in their unique goals, helping them realize long term success with critical initiatives.

     

    As a creative problem-solver, strategist, and analytic, Jen favors evidenced-based tools like Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® or Q12® Engagement survey to provide a baseline for individual and team awareness, curiosity, and development.  

     

    Her unique background makes her an alchemist of leadership and personal development, adept at creating environments where individuals feel seen, loved, and heard. Jen's compassionate and curious approach empowers teams to thrive, leaders to excel, and organizations to flourish.
