Over the last few years, while supporting military spouses through the military retirement transition, I developed a profound passion for strengths-based development. This evolving enthusiasm led to a pivotal decision: to fully commit to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations by leveraging their unique strengths. Concurrently, I felt a strong desire to intentionally extend my impact beyond the military spouse community that Pride & Grit had served so uniquely for the last six years.
